Sii Poland in Szczecin is seeking an experienced Data QA Specialist to join a global team working on data-driven initiatives across multiple projects. You will validate data quality, test ETL processes, and verify data warehouse solutions to ensure reliable data pipelines.

The role requires a strong focus on data accuracy, the ability to adapt to different domains, and collaboration with Data Engineers, Developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as Data QA Engineer, Data Tester, or similar.
• Strong background in data testing, ETL and data warehouse validation.
• Proficient in SQL; Snowflake experience.
• Experience with data reconciliation and data pipelines testing.
• Able to work across multiple projects and business domains.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing of data solutions, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
• Validate data quality, consistency, and accuracy across sources.
• Execute data warehouse testing and Snowflake validation.
• Conduct data reconciliation and identify quality issues.
• Create and maintain test scenarios and documentation.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality data delivery.
