Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Data QA Specialist to join a global team focused on data-driven initiatives across multiple projects. You will validate data quality, test ETL processes, and ensure reliability of data pipelines used throughout the organization.

This role requires strong data testing skills, SQL proficiency, and experience with Snowflake. You will collaborate with Data Engineers and stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent data delivery across domains.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data QA Engineer, Data Tester, or similar role.
• Strong background in data testing, including ETL and data warehouse validation.
• Proficient in SQL and Snowflake.
• Experience with data reconciliation and data quality checks.
• Able to work across multiple projects and business domains.

Responsibilities

• Test data solutions, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
• Validate data quality, consistency, and accuracy across sources.
• Perform data warehouse and Snowflake testing activities.
• Conduct data reconciliation and identify data quality issues.
• Create and maintain test scenarios and documentation.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Developers, and Stakeholders to ensure high-quality data delivery.
