Job summary

AstraZeneca plc is seeking a Data Provisioning Operations Specialist in Warsaw, Poland. The role focuses on coordinating data provisioning from initiation to completion, ensuring governance, privacy and policy compliance while enabling efficient automated access for researchers and teams.

You will work with data owners, governance and technical colleagues to optimize processes, reduce manual work and improve service delivery in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, service delivery, project coordination or similar role.
• Strong planning and information-management skills with the ability to manage multiple activities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with ability to influence and collaborate.
• Ability to identify information gaps, assess risks and escalate when needed.
• Customer-focused, aiming for reliable, efficient service delivery.
• Interest in simplifying processes and using metrics to improve quality.
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy, information management or regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data access activities and improve speed, quality and efficiency of provisioning.
• Assess requirements against governance, privacy and data-sharing standards.
• Support data users and coordinate governance and technical teams.
• Track service activity and report on demand, delivery, quality and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and increase automation responsibly.
• Maintain operational records and traceability of requests, decisions and actions.
• Promote responsible data use in line with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
