Job summary

Avarda seeks ambitious graduates for an 18-month Product Trainee Program in Gdańsk, within the Data Platform team. From day one you join a real product team, learning by doing and contributing to meaningful work under a mentor, with the goal of becoming a Junior Product Manager.

You'll gain end-to-end understanding of data flows from customer actions to trusted datasets across European markets, while developing governance, privacy, and product-management skills.

Qualifications

• You're a recent graduate or early in your career.
• Your degree could be in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, Business or another relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Understand how data flows through the bank and who depends on it.
• Document data flows and business processes.
• Write clear business requirements and product tickets.
• Support prioritisation and roadmap discussions.
