Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an Operations Data Products & Governance professional to drive Data as a Product within our Governance as a Service mindset.

You will back Data Product Owners with backlog refinement, data pipeline testing, and coordination across Data Engineering, Quality, and Architecture teams in Operations & Technology. Based in Warsaw or hybrid arrangement, you will work with Business Metrics, Lineage, and Cataloging initiatives, partnering with diverse stakeholders to deploy data

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management with Data Products.
• Familiar with data governance, cataloging, and lineage.
• Experience with agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Exposure to AI acceleration tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners to manage Data Product(s).
• Gathers data requirements from Clients & Consumers for Data Products.
• Supports Refinement, Product Management, and day-to-day Stand-ups.
• Assesses the needs of Business Metrics Lineage & coordinates new lineage needs.
• Refines & Deploys data assets which align with Data Governance standards.
• Leads Agile ways of Working / Scrum Team Rituals.
