Job summary

ALTEN Polska, part of the ALTEN Group, is looking for a Data Modeller to design and maintain data models for an analytics platform. You will collaborate with data modelers, architects, analysts and the delivery team to define data products and ensure data quality.

Key responsibilities include building conceptual, logical and physical models, gathering requirements, and ensuring alignment with data design standards.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of data modelling for operational and analytical systems.
• Experience with data modelling approaches: Data Vault 2.0, Star Schema, 3NF.
• Experience in data profiling and analyzing relational data and hierarchical files (JSON, XML).
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and obtain sign-offs.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and data quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop conceptual, logical and physical data models to support business, operational, and analytical needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to gather requirements and translate into data modelling solutions.
• Work with data analysts and source system experts to collect necessary data for modelling.
• Ensure data structures align with architecture standards and enable scalable data products.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in improving processes to increase quality and automation.
