Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Data Modeler to design and maintain data models aligned with business requirements.

You will work with data owners, engineers, and analysts to model current and future data, facilitate workshops, and ensure governance and quality across the data lifecycle. The role requires advanced data modeling techniques, SQL proficiency, and collaboration across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Modeler or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience in AI.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Model current and new data in collaboration with business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• Participate in key decisions and engage with multiple teams to drive outcomes.
• Provide solutions to problems for your team and across multiple teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive data models aligned with business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to gather data requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Implement best practices for data modeling and ensure data governance standards are followed.
• Continuously evaluate and improve data modeling processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and quality throughout the data lifecycle.

• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather data requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Implement best practices for data modeling and ensure adherence to data governance standards.
