Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced Technical Project Lead to establish and lead a Data Migration Factory within a global One ERP transformation programme.

The Factory will deliver migration of business data to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), creating a scalable, repeatable approach across global rollouts. You will define the operating model, set standards and guide teams through the end-to-end migration lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data migration projects within large ERP transformations.
• Understanding end-to-end data migration lifecycle (mapping, transformation, validation, loading).
• Ability to define and improve migration frameworks and standards.
• Strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Migration Factory's technical direction, delivery approach and standards.
• Coordinate migration activities across D365 F&O projects.
• Establish a scalable ETL/ELT framework with reusable templates.
• Provide technical leadership to Data Migration Specialists.
• Own end-to-end migration: extraction, mapping, transformation and loading.
• Define data quality controls and migration readiness criteria.
• Collaborate with ERP, Data, Architecture and business stakeholders.
• Support Microsoft Fabric adoption and related tooling.
• Identify risks and drive improvements in efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to planning, estimation and stakeholder reporting.
• Build a collaborative, multi-country delivery team.
