Job summary

Euroclear seeks a Data Processes, Metadata and Tooling Analyst to advance our Data Governance framework. You will maintain governance processes, metadata assets and supporting tooling, collaborating with Business, Data Owners, Data Stewards and Technology teams to translate governance requirements into practical, traceable artefacts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Governance, metadata management, business analysis, process management, governance tooling or a related discipline.
• Understanding of metadata, business glossaries, lineage, ownership concepts and Data Governance practices.
• Experience working with data-governance or data-management platforms such as Collibra or similar tools.
• Ability to document processes, requirements, procedures and governance artefacts clearly and accurately.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Governance Processes and Documentation activities, including maintenance of procedures and artefacts.
• Maintain metadata, ownership, lineage and governance records in Collibra and related solutions.
• Assist with tooling configuration, testing and user onboarding for governance workflows.
• Prepare reporting and materials for governance activities and forums.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to remediation efforts.
