KION Business Services Polska is seeking a Data Lead to bridge data owners, governance, and business functions in Cracow. You will ensure data management aligns with business goals and maintain high design quality across data lifecycles.

The role requires deep knowledge of data design, data quality, governance, and SAP expertise (SAP PM, SAP S/4HANA). Hybrid work and professional development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of data design, data flows and quality across systems.
• Experience with ERP/EAM data objects and governance principles.
• Fluent English, able to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Align solution design of data objects with processes and rules.
• Enable cross-object design, mappings, and migration documentation.
• Develop strategy and roadmaps for the data cluster.
• Ensure legal compliance and define data sources lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Data Object Owners and track deliverables.
• Support taxonomy, architecture, and release planning.
