KION Business Services Polska is seeking a Data Lead to bridge Data Object Owners with governance, ensuring data management aligns with business goals. You will oversee design quality, dependencies, and compliance across the data lifecycle in a complex ERP environment.

Strong SAP knowledge (PM, S/4HANA) and 5+ years in data management are required, with excellent communication and willingness to travel. Hybrid work and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in asset management/data objects and processes.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong SAP expertise, especially SAP PM and S/4HANA.
• Background in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience with data lifecycle, governance and quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency between data object design, rules, and data quality.
• Enable seamless solution design across data objects and migrations.
• Own strategy and roadmaps for the data cluster.
• Ensure legal compliance and define status management.
• Coordinate with Data Object Owners and communicate progress.
