Job summary

KION Business Services Polska is seeking a Data Quality Senior Specialist to help establish and steer data quality management at a global level. You will collaborate with Data Quality Lead, data owners, IT teams and business stakeholders to define rules, monitor compliance and resolve issues impacting data-driven decisions.

Hybrid work in Cracow, with private medical care, training opportunities and language courses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in IS/CS/Data Science or related field.
• Master's or MBA preferred for advanced roles.
• English proficiency written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Supports DQM processes, definition of data analytics framework and reporting cadence.
• Contributes to defining KPIs, rules and target values for data quality.
• Measures, analyzes, reports and corrects data quality issues.
• Oversees root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Documents DQM guidelines, data standards and migration rules.
• Supports tactical execution of vision and strategy for DQM.
