Job summary

U.S. Bank (Elavon) is seeking a data analyst in Poland to acquire, analyze, and report on data from multiple sources. You will identify trends, present insights, and collaborate with partners to drive data-driven decisions.

Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4–5 years of data analysis experience, and strong skills in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Office. Experience with Alteryx, Azure, Generative AI and AWS is preferred. Hybrid work with on-site days in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patterns to answer business questions and provide actionable recommendations.
• Presents data and analysis clearly to enable data-driven decisions.
• Collaborates with partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis and monitors results of recommendations.
• Ensures data acquisition, sharing and results comply with company standards.
