Inetum Polska is building a data-driven environment. As a Data Engineer, you will design scalable data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Azure to unlock enterprise data value across finance, sales, and manufacturing.

You will implement pipelines, transformations, semantic models and BI reports to drive business impact. The role emphasizes collaboration with business and technical teams, CI/CD practices, and a focus on data quality, security, and performance in a hybrid work setting across

Qualifications

• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and Data Lake.
• Experience with Spark/PySpark and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
• Polish and English at B2+ level.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines and ingestion workflows.
• Develop data transformations using Spark, PySpark, SQL and Python.
• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse and Data Warehouse.
• Create semantic models and Power BI reports.
• Integrate data from multiple systems and sources.
• Support CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines.
• Ensure data quality, performance, scalability and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data solutions.
• Foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
