Job summary

Atos is seeking an independent Consultant / Data Engineer to bridge traditional data platforms with modern cloud tech in Poland. You will combine Informatica platforms with Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI to deliver data migration, governance and automation across hybrid environments.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of data engineering/ETL experience, strong SQL/Python skills, and fluency in Polish and English. Hybrid work mode, competitive benefits and career development await.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of commercial experience as a Data Engineer or ETL consultant.
• Hands-on Informatica with PowerCenter, IICS, and Data Quality.
• Experience with Azure data services and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong SQL and Python; PySpark is a plus.
• Fluent Polish and English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL/ELT processes using Informatica and Microsoft technologies.
• Data migration and integration across on‑prem and cloud to OneLake in Fabric.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and data lineage across platforms.
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric Copilot and Azure OpenAI to automate processing.
• Collaborate with architects and clients to optimize data flows in hybrid environments.
