Job summary
SoftwareOne Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Data Engineer - AWS to design, build, and optimize scalable data platforms, pipelines, and data warehouses on AWS to support analytics, AI, and business initiatives. You will translate business needs into robust data solutions, integrate data from multiple sources, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Fluent Polish and English, prior cloud/data experience, and a passion for Generative AI and modern AWS
Qualifications
- Professional experience in data or cloud-focused role, such as Data Engineer, ML Engineer, Python Developer, or Cloud Engineer
- Strong programming and data management skills, including Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience designing and building data solutions using AWS services (S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift)
- Interest or practical experience in Generative AI and cloud-based AI solutions
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data warehouses and data platforms
- Design, build, and optimize ETL processes, integrating data from multiple sources
- Analyze data-related challenges and recommend effective technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across data environments
- Estimate effort for projects based on statements of work
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver project objectives
