Alexander Ash Consulting seeks a hands-on technologist in Warsaw to lead scalable, secure platforms for finance clients. You will shape architecture for real-time data processing, cloud migrations with AWS, and AI-enabled solutions, while mentoring teams and delivering robust, production-grade systems.

The role emphasizes leadership, product-minded delivery, and the ability to align technology with evolving business needs in an onsite, FTE environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing distributed systems and real-time data processing.
• Proven cloud migration experience, preferably AWS, with cloud-native solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java or C++.
• Hands-on with Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka and Elasticsearch.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and enterprise-grade platforms.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLM integrations and multi-agent architectures.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven automation, monitoring and anomaly detection.
• Understanding of data governance, lineage and Lakehouse architectures.
• Leadership with a product mindset and ability to drive scalable solutions.
