Job summary

Asana is seeking a Data Engineer to design and scale data products that empower marketing analytics across the organization. You will partner with business stakeholders and the Data Infrastructure team to deliver robust data solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in data or software engineering, solid SQL skills, and experience with cloud-based data stacks (Databricks, Spark, Airflow). Office-centric hybrid in Warsaw with UoP contract and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on data or software engineering experience.
• Degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in cloud-based data processing and storage such as Databricks, Spark, Airflow.
• Fluent in SQL and at least one modern programming language (Python/Scala/Java).
• Strong communication and ability to translate complex tech to non-tech stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and scale end-to-end data products for marketing analytics.
• Influence best practices in cloud-based data engineering and tooling across teams.
• Leverage AI to build self-serve tools and accelerate data workflows.
• Establish trust with business and technical stakeholders to align data strategy.
• Ensure data quality, governance and availability across datasets.
