Job summary

TechShack is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join a product-led team in Warsaw. You will build and optimise Databricks pipelines, write PySpark and SQL, and orchestrate workflows with Airflow in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 8+ years in data engineering, hands-on Databricks experience, AWS exposure, and a Warsaw-based presence 2–3 days per week. Databricks certification and a product-company background are valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data engineering or equivalent.
• Python, PySpark and SQL are required.
• Hands-on Databricks in production.
• Airflow experience required.
• AWS experience.
• Based in Poland and willing to be in the Warsaw office 2–3 days a week.
• Databricks certification is preferred.
• Product-company background is a plus.

Responsibilities
