Tylko in Warsaw is seeking a Business Analyst with strong SQL skills to bridge data architecture and business operations. You will translate business needs into structured data models and build data models independently.

The role combines analytic and technical work, requiring asking the right questions, identifying insights, and delivering data-driven solutions across the company. Office three days a week in Warsaw; AI tooling is integral to our stack.

Qualifikationen

• Strong SQL skills and ability to optimise complex queries.
• Experience in data modelling and translating business needs.
• Experience gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders.
• Motivation to grow towards a Data Engineer role.
• Fluent Polish and good command of English.
• Willingness to work from Warsaw office 3 days a week.

Aufgaben

• Build and implement optimised data models that support business requirements and ensure data integrity.
• Integrate data from databases, APIs, streaming platforms, and files.
• Troubleshoot data issues, resolve data quality problems, and reduce technical debt.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable data solutions.
