Qualifications

• Experience as Technical or Data Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services.
• Proven software delivery involvement including POCs and large-scale implementations.
• Strong SQL to query, analyze and validate data.
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions and modern enterprise data platforms.
• Hands-on with Hadoop and Hive in data-driven environments.
• Solid understanding of data concepts, flows and data architecture.
• Experience supporting large-scale data/ transformation programmes.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and user story development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, architects and tech teams to gather requirements.
• Support end-to-end software delivery lifecycle from discovery through implementation.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to cloud-based data solution design aligned to architecture.
• Use SQL to analyse and validate data for mapping and testing.
• Engage with teams across enterprise data technologies including Hadoop/Hive.
• Manage dependencies and stakeholder expectations in large programmes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure clear communication across teams.
