Job summary

Reboot Monkey in Gdansk, Poland is hiring a Data Center Technician for a full-time on-site role. You will install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment, perform structured cabling, and monitor environmental systems.

Responsibilities include incident response, documentation, asset tracking, and collaboration with engineering and operations teams. On-call rotations and night/weekend differentials apply. On-site work required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Data center certifications preferred (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE).
• Vendor certifications (Dell, HPE, Cisco) preferred.
• Network Certifications (CCNA, JNCIA) preferred.
• DCIM platforms experience preferred.
• ITIL practices knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
