Job summary

Hitachi Vantara is seeking a Data Engineer in Kraków to design and implement robust data pipelines and ETL processes across diverse data sources. You will ensure data quality, manage reporting environments, and support the data warehouse with refined requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Data Engineer or in a related role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Data warehousing, Data modeling, PBI Reporting
• Strong understanding of data methodologies and processes.
• Hands on experience in ETL/ELT
• Solid understanding of data engineering principles, including statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem, including Redshift, Airflow, S3, and related services.
• Demonstrated experience handling large datasets and relational databases.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, research-oriented team with multiple concurrent projects.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations.
• Knowledge on Oracle EBS/Salesforce Finance and Supply chain modules.
• Knowledge on Batch/Powershell, REST API's
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.
