Mindbox is seeking an Expert-level Data Architect to design and implement scalable data platforms in a cloud environment (Azure, Databricks). You will define integration standards and collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to drive strategic data initiatives.

Responsibilities include architecture design, data modeling standards, and assessing system quality and performance, with a focus on governance and risk assessments. Hybrid work setup with some Warsaw office presence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data-related roles with an advanced architectural background.
• Proven expertise as a Data Architect in enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Data Platform and Databricks.
• Experience working with Data Lake architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL and deep understanding of data processing architectures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (business & technology).
• Proficiency in English and Polish (required).

• Design architecture for advanced data platforms ensuring scalability and performance.
