Less Mess Storage is seeking a Data Analytics Assistant to join our Data Analytics team. You will work closely with the CFO and the analytics team to support financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making by turning data into insights.

The role offers exposure to business intelligence, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses while developing your career in data analytics and finance within a fast-growing Central Europe company.

Qualifications

• Final year student or recent graduate in a quantitative field (Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, CS).
• Proficient in Excel and data handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly management reporting for senior management and the Board.

Less Mess Storage is a fast growing and leading self storage company in Central Europe. We have an opening for a Data Analytics Assistant to join our Data Analytics team. In this role, you will work closely with the CFO and the Data Analytics team to support the preparation of financial reporting and analysis for the Board. You will also contribute to a wide range of business analytics projects, transforming data into meaningful insights that help guide strategic decision‑making across the company.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of the monthly management reporting package for senior management and the Board.
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process through data preparation and analysis.
• Analyse financial and operational performance, identify trends and variances, and support the team in providing actionable business insights.
• Develop and maintain automated reports, dashboards and analytical tools to improve reporting efficiency.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis to support strategic and operational decision‑making across the business.
• Support the Data Analytics team in maintaining and improving reporting processes.
• Contribute to cross‑functional analytics projects aimed at improving business performance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with data.
• Currently in the final year of, or recently graduated with, a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Good command of both Polish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, positive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• An interest in data analysis, business intelligence and using data to support business decisions.
