Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a Data Analyst / BI & Observability Engineer to translate telemetry into actionable insights. You will design datasets, build Power BI dashboards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform reliability and decision-making.

You will bridge logs and metrics with product KPIs, craft analytics views, and communicate findings to diverse audiences while supporting proactive troubleshooting and optimization efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL and modern data visualization techniques.
• Bridge raw log metrics with platform quality KPIs and data products.
• Background in data engineering for observability and embedded analytics.
• Excellent technical documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cloud, embedded, testing and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain curated datasets, data models and analysis-ready views.
• Develop end-to-end Power BI dashboards integrated with backend pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, embedded and test teams to translate logs into metrics.
• Identify patterns and health metrics to support proactive troubleshooting.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to guide engineering priorities and decisions.
