Job summary

RemoFirst is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to translate business requirements into dashboards, reports, and analytical datasets. You will work closely with stakeholders and Data Engineers to define KPIs and enable data-driven decision-making through scalable reporting solutions.

You will design analytical datasets using dimensional modeling, deliver dashboards with BI best practices, and help evolve data governance and data warehousing concepts across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (preferably QuickSight).
• Hands-on experience designing analytical datasets using dimensional modeling principles.
• Demonstrated experience delivering dashboards and reports using BI best practices.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business reporting and analytics requirements.
• Define KPIs, metrics, and business rules with stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Design reusable analytical datasets and collaborate with Data Modelers to enhance analytical data models.
• Evaluate and refine business reporting requirements to deliver scalable analytical solutions.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Support Data Governance initiatives by documenting business metrics, dashboard definitions, metadata, and business glossary entries.
