Qualifications

Partner with Commercial teams and IT to support AI-enabled initiatives through data analysis, data preparation, and validation; Define business data requirements, source relevant data across ERP and commercial systems, and validate datasets; Use Snowflake, Tableau, and other data platforms and BI tools to explore, analyze, validate, and visualize commercial data; Identify relationships, reconcile data, and create reliable datasets for Commercial analytics and AI use cases; Create and maintain data quality monitoring dashboards and reports; Perform data analysis and validation to identify data gaps, anomalies, inconsistencies, and quality issues; Analyze internal and external commercial data to quantify opportunities, identify risks, measure business impact, and support AI use case development; Design business test scenarios and validate AI outputs from a commercial and data perspective; Define data and quality metrics, acceptance criteria, and validation frameworks for Commercial AI solutions; Establish continuous monitoring processes for deployed Commercial AI solutions; Lead user acceptance testing coordination with regional Sales and Service teams; Investigate data-related and AI model performance issues and work with stakeholders to identify root causes and solutions; Collaborate with Digital/IT on data sourcing, integration, preparation, and quality across multiple systems; Partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and identify high-value AI use cases; Translate business requirements into clear data and analytical requirements; Promote data, analytics, and AI literacy across the Sales organization; Coach business users to leverage data, analytics, and AI solutions and applications.

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, finance, math, statistics, or a related quantitative field; 3+ Years of data analytics or business performance experience; Ability to translate data into actionable business insights that support sales growth; Exposure to AI, generative AI, or automation tools; Basic familiarity with Python, SQL, or analytics tools; Experience supporting testing, adoption tracking, or KPI measurement; Nice to have: familiarity with cloud analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau Cloud, or AWS; experience in sales analytics, sales performance management, or revenue operations; understanding of data governance, data quality, and performance reporting; experience with data analytics, return on investment/financial modeling, or statistical analysis.
