Baxter is seeking a Business Analyst based in Poland to support data analytics and commercial operations for the Western Europe region. You will partner with commercial teams, finance, and local bids & tenders to ensure high-quality reporting and data accuracy, while driving process efficiency.

As a Business Analyst within the Commercial Excellence (CommEx) Team, you will support data analytics and commercial operations across the Western Europe (WEU) region. Based in Poland, you will work closely with commercial teams, finance partners, and local bids & tenders stakeholders to ensure high-quality reporting, data accuracy, and process efficiency.
A business analyst based in Poland, dedicated to data analysis across WEU Supporting the following tasks: preparation of distributor end user and price claims data maintenance of the Commercial Excellence database used by Analytics and Incentive teams development of Excel based tools used by the direct & wider CommEx team Work multi-functionally across WEU with commercial, functional, and local bids and tenders’ teams Active involvement in projects related to process improvement for the above listed tasks
Collaborate with commercial and local bids and tenders’ teams to ensure accuracy and transparency Perform WEU distributor price claims, working with Commercial partners for approval Work closely with the Finance A2R team in Warsaw Processing of distributor end-user sales data to ensure accurate WEU reporting Provide local analytical support
Excellent analytical skills combined with outstanding technical skills: MS Office Applications: (Excel, PowerPivot, Access) Proficient in English and Polish. Additional languages are acknowledged University degree, (Finance, Economics preferred)

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 136 000,00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
