Job summary

MMDSmart is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. Since 2007, MMDSmart has been a leading supplier in cloud-based business communications, delivering IT products to businesses worldwide. You will develop analytical systems, identify KPIs, and present insights to customers.

The role requires 1+ years in data/BI analytics and fluency in Russian and English. Remote, office-based, or hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as Data/BI analyst
• Understanding of business process analysis and KPI identification
• Experience with DataViz platforms: Tableau/Looker/Superset
• Programming: SQL, Python
• Analytical mindset, communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in Russian and English

Responsibilities

• Developing and supporting analytical systems for operational analysis and decision making
• Communicating with Business Process Owners to identify KPIs
• Collaborating with development teams to identify data sources and data lifecycle
• Developing data storage structures in a data warehouse and setting ETL requirements
• Developing dashboards in analytical platforms

Requirements

What will you do at MMDSmart?

• Developing and supporting analytical systems for operational analysis and decision making;


• Communication with Business Process Owners, identifying KPIs;


• Communicate with development teams to identify data sources, data lifecycle analysis;


• Development of the data storage structure in DWH, setting requirements for the Data Engineer about the ETL process, and checking the results;


• Developing dashboards in analytical platforms;


• Presenting analytical results to customers

You are a perfect match if you have:

• 1+ years of experience as Data/BI analyst;


• Understanding the principles of business process analysis, KPI identification;


• Good experience in DataViz platforms: Tableau/Looker/SuperSet;


• Programming: SQL, Python as +, database principles;


• Analytical mind, communication and presentation skill, team working skills;


• Language knowledge: fluency in Russian and English
