Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Data & AI Consultant for our Consumer & Retail practice in Poland. You’ll shape client proposals, lead discovery, build the business case, and own end-to-end workstreams—from data readiness to adoption—bridging executives with engineering and data science teams.

You will focus on advanced analytics, AI, forecasting, elasticity, and GenAI use cases, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive measurable business impact across fashion, CPG, and retail clients.

Qualifications

Deep Consumer & Retail expertise with measurable business impact.
Consulting experience with structured problem-solving and stakeholder management.
Data and AI literate; able to discuss data requirements and KPIs with technical teams.
End-to-end agile delivery from problem framing to delivery and adoption.
Comfortable with ambiguity; able to engage with clients across languages and cultures.

Responsibilities

Shape pursuits and proposals from the start—defining the problem and approach.
Lead client discovery workshops with commercial leadership and frame the real problem.
Build the business case with KPIs, ROI, and delivery roadmaps for sign-off.
Own the workstream end-to-end: requirements, data readiness, governance and value tracking.
Brief engineers and data scientists to design scalable solutions and align on the What vs. How.
Tell the executive story with clear recommendations and language for leadership.
Address pricing, promotions, merchandising, customer growth, and demand analytics.
Incorporate GenAI use cases and enhancements for category managers and account teams.
