Job summary

Aimlroles is seeking a Data & AI Engineer to design and deliver intelligent solutions on Azure using modern data practices. You’ll work on Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and data pipelines, building end-to-end AI-enabled applications across industries.

You will combine Python expertise with data engineering fundamentals, prototype new AI features, and collaborate with data engineers to ensure clean data feeds for AI workflows. English at B2 level or higher is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with the Azure AI stack (OpenAI, AI Foundry, Cognitive Services).
• Strong Python skills and ability to translate AI concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and data engineering fundamentals (ETL, data modeling).
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with Databricks, ADF, and MS Fabric is a plus.
• English at B2 level (or higher).

Responsibilities

You'll contribute to cross-industry projects that bring together Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and other leading AI capabilities. When required by the project, you'll also take on Data Engineering work-building data pipelines and implementing ETL processes.

What you'll do

• Build and release AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and related Azure AI services
• Connect AI components with enterprise data platforms, pipelines, and operational systems
• Partner with data engineers to ensure high-quality, well-structured data feeds AI workflows
• Prototype and evaluate emerging AI features, turning them into practical client-facing improvements
• Step into a Data Engineering role when a project calls for it
