We're seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a dynamic international BPO / customer‑service centre in Poland. Support Danish‑market customers with excellence and grow your professional path.

Your key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer contacts (phone, chat, email) in Danish.

  • Resolve queries related to orders, account issues, returns and subscriptions.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, maintaining high service standards.
  • Work based on defined KPIs: quality, customer satisfaction, productivity.
  • Participate in a flexible shift schedule (including evenings/weekends) as required.
What you bring to the role
  • Native or near‑native Danish speaker + good command of English.

  • Customer‑oriented attitude, strong communicator, resilient under pressure.
  • Comfortable working with computers and CRM tools.
  • Valid EU work permit (employment based in Poland).
  • Previous customer‑service or BPO experience is a plus (but not always essential).
