Circle K is expanding its Customer Contact Centre in Warsaw and seeks a Danish-speaking Customer Consultant to join our global team. You will handle customer inquiries by phone and email, support cards and accounts, process orders and registrations, and advise customers on campaigns and products.

We offer a contract of employment, annual bonus, private medical care, English lessons, group insurance, and a modern office in Warsaw with opportunities for growth in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish and English (verbal and written).
• Experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Able to communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and with multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Takes care of customers via phone and email.
• Responsible for card support and account administration.
• Manages new orders and registrations.
• Advises customers regarding station campaigns and products.
• Provides outbound service and follow-up calls to customers.

DANISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER CONSULTANT

We are looking for someone who:

• Loves to communicate with people and find the best solution for them;
• Is fluent in Danish and English(both verbal and written, preferably B2/C1 level) to communicate with Danish customers and colleagues;
• Likes to work infast-paced environment andwith various systems;
• Is eager to learnnew things and develop their skills;
• Hasprevious experience in customer service (it will be considered as an advantage).

You could be the one who:

• Takes care of our customersvia phone and email;
