Job summary

WithSecure is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our global customer success team, focusing on the DACH region and beyond. You will help customers and partners optimise security posture and derive long-term value from our solutions.

Entry-level and experienced practitioners are welcome; you will work with Windows, Linux, and cloud endpoints, with structured triage, clear communication, and collaboration with product engineering and sales to prevent incidents and accelerate resolution.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English from day one.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments and server-level diagnosis.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
• Ability to read and analyse logs and troubleshoot effectively.
• Proficiency with enterprise ticketing/CRM tools (e.g., Jira, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to customers and partners via phone, email, and ticketing systems across endpoints, networks, and cloud security solutions.
• Perform structured triage, log analysis, and root-cause investigation; escalate when needed to minimise disruption.
• Communicate complex issues clearly and empathetically to diverse technical backgrounds.
• Apply KCS to create and refine knowledge articles for ongoing customer success.
• Collaborate with product engineering, sales, threat intelligence, and other internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
