HIBERUS POLAND SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ is seeking a Cybersecurity Solutions Implementation Specialist to join a team responsible for implementing, configuring and developing security solutions supporting IT infrastructure security. You will work on deploying Firewalls, SIEM, EDR, DLP and PAM, hardening operating systems, and configuring access controls across Windows and Linux environments.

The role requires hands-on security implementation experience and the ability to translate

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of IT security experience with hands-on implementation and configuration of cybersecurity solutions.
• Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and network segmentation.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments.
• Knowledge of containerization and system hardening.
• Strong authentication/authorization knowledge (MFA, AD/LDAP/OAuth2).
• Experience with vulnerability scoring tools such as Nessus or Qualys.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and administer network and system solutions.
• Perform security hardening of operating systems and infrastructure.

For our Client, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Solutions Implementation Specialist who will join a team responsible for implementing, configuring and developing solutions supporting IT infrastructure security.

We are looking for a technically skilled professional with hands‑on experience in cybersecurity who is comfortable working with both network and system infrastructure as well as security solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Installing, configuring and implementing security solutions, including Firewalls, SIEM, EDR, DLP and PAM,
• Configuring and administering network and system solutions,
• Performing security hardening of operating systems and infrastructure,
• Configuring authentication and access control mechanisms,
• Conducting acceptance and post‑implementation testing (UAT),
• Verifying the effectiveness of implemented security measures,
• Performing vulnerability and network traffic analysis,
• Preparing technical and post‑implementation documentation,
• Supporting security incident handling and performing root cause analysis,
• Automating implementation tasks using scripts,
• Providing technical advice to IT and business teams on secure solution architecture,
• Participating in procurement processes related to cybersecurity solutions.

Experience required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security, including hands‑on implementation and configuration of cybersecurity solutions,
• Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and network segmentation,
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments,
• Knowledge of containerization,
• Practical knowledge of system hardening,
• Very good knowledge of authentication and access control mechanisms, including MFA, Active Directory, LDAP and OAuth2,
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Nessus or Qualys,
• Knowledge of network traffic analysis tools such as Wireshark,
• Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell, Python or Bash,
• Knowledge of information security standards and regulations, including ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, DORA and NIS2 / UKSC,
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under time pressure during security incidents,
• Ability to communicate and transfer technical knowledge to users and administrators.

Nice to have:

• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CEH,
• Technical certifications from cybersecurity solution vendors,
• Experience delivering cybersecurity implementation projects.
