Job summary

Transition Technologies PSC is seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong cybersecurity background to drive product development in a highly technical environment.

You will bridge Product Management, Security domain experts and Engineering teams, ensuring that cybersecurity requirements are translated into high‑quality product features. This is not a pure delivery role – we are looking for someone who understands security concepts and can actively shape the product.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 4 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or related lead roles in software.
• Hands-on cybersecurity experience of at least 2 years.
• Advanced English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate security requirements into actionable features for engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Translate cybersecurity requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Prioritize backlog based on business value, risk and security impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management and security experts/architects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, demo).
• Define and track product KPIs and coordinate release/patch processes.
