ALTEN Polska is seeking a proactive cybersecurity professional to oversee incident detection, analysis, and response across global security operations. The role involves developing detections, refining playbooks, and guiding the team in threat hunting and monitoring.

You will collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure capabilities remain fit for purpose, while mentoring colleagues and advancing security maturity. Relocation within ALTEN Polska is possible.

Qualifikationen

• Strong investigative and analytical skills to detect and respond to threats.
• Experience with cyber security frameworks (OWASP, ISO2700x, NIST).
• Proven ability to work with SIEM tools and log data.
• Experience analyzing threat data and attacker TTPs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Willingness to relocate within ALTEN Polska branches.

Aufgaben

• Respond to alerts across global tech estate to detect and contain incidents.
• Support incident response through eradication and post-incident analysis.
• Develop and implement new detections and playbooks across security platforms.
• Review and approve use cases and playbooks for security operations.
• Continuously improve playbooks, processes, and tooling.
• Provide expert-level guidance and leadership to the cybersecurity team.
• Train and mentor colleagues in cybersecurity areas.
