Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking a skilled Zscaler Administrator to maintain and optimize ZIA/ZPA, enabling secure access for a global workforce. You will design secure hybrid cloud networks, integrate security into deployments, and resolve complex connectivity issues across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.

The role requires hands-on Zscaler experience, scripting ability (PowerShell/Python), and knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience administering and optimizing ZIA/ZPA, secure traffic forwarding, client connector deployments, segmentation strategies, and policy enforcement within a Zero Trust architecture.
• Strong understanding of hybrid and cloud network design, secure access integration for new applications and migrations, and troubleshooting complex connectivity issues.
• Ability to analyze traffic logs and operational events, support incident investigations, and align controls with frameworks like NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001.
• Ability in scripting (PowerShell/Python), certificate management, upgrades, capacity planning, and continuous improvement of secure access platforms.

• Participate in on-call support for critical security platforms and remote access services.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience administering and optimizing ZIA/ZPA, secure traffic forwarding (GRE/IPSec), client connector deployments, segmentation strategies, and policy enforcement within a Zero Trust architecture.
• Strong understanding of hybrid and cloud network design, secure access integration for new applications and migrations, and troubleshooting complex connectivity and performance issues.
• Ability to analyze traffic logs and operational events, support incident investigations, and align controls with frameworks such as NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001.
• Ability in scripting (PowerShell/Python), certificate management, upgrades, capacity planning, and continuous improvement of secure access platforms.

Soft Skills:
