Job summary

Jit Team in Poland is seeking a CyberArk Developer to support a PAM-focused financial project. You will design, build, and maintain CyberArk connectors, onboard apps and databases, and extend PAM controls across the organisation.

You'll work in an Agile environment with DevOps practices, collaborating with security and infrastructure teams, translating business needs into secure technical solutions while benefiting from a Scandinavian culture and a flexible 2–3 days per week office presence in

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solutions.
• Experience developing custom connectors and integrations within CyberArk.
• Knowledge of privileged access management, identity security, and access governance.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, Least Privilege, and SoD.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and governance standards.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CyberArk custom application connectors
• Onboard applications, databases, and platforms into the CyberArk ecosystem
• Develop and enhance SQL connectors and privileged access integrations
• Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders and translate them into PAM solutions
• Ensure PAM controls align with security standards, policies, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams in an Agile environment
• Produce technical documentation and support onboarding processes
• Drive PAM best practices, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
