Job summary

BTC Software Systems Sp. z o.o. in Poznań seeks a CyberArk expert to secure access to critical systems and support Identity Management initiatives. You will design PAM architectures and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in CyberArk, strong scripting or Ansible, and English or German (C1). We offer development opportunities, international projects, latest technologies, private medical care, and a modern, friendly workplace.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of hands-on CyberArk implementation experience.
Expertise in CyberArk / PAM solutions.
Experience with cloud migrations, integrations, and enterprise-scale deployments.
Solid understanding of network and computer security.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux system landscapes, including security and permission management.
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) or Ansible.
Strong written and verbal communication; English or German at C1.

Responsibilities

Design architecture of PAM solutions.
Plan integrations, testing, deployment, and migration activities.
Configure and deploy CyberArk solutions.
Install and integrate required components.
Maintenance, patch and lifecycle management.
Work on the further development and optimization of our CyberArk service solution, contribute your own ideas and support the strategic expansion of our service portfolio.
