Job summary

Jit Team seeks a Senior Security Specialist to join the Cyber Security area in Poland. You will identify remediation gaps, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure findings are addressed across the organization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to reduce risk through governance, data analysis, automation, and AI-enabled processes. The role offers a hybrid work model with offices in Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, Łódź.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on security findings remediation experience.
• Expert knowledge of vulnerability scoring, risk assessment, and remediation governance.
• Strong understanding of AI-related security threats and impact.
• Experience with problem management, Secure DevOps, DORA and OWASP.
• Advanced troubleshooting and complex remediation problem solving.
• Data analysis and statistical modelling for risk-based decisions.
• Experience with automation using Python, Apache Airflow, or Power Automate.
• English fluency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Identify remediation gaps and drive strategic resolution initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on remediation strategies and regulatory expectations.
• Analysing security findings to define actionable remediation steps.
• Collaborating with remediation owners and stakeholders for timely execution.
• Monitoring remediation progress and prioritising findings effectively.
• Contributing to risk scoring enabling near real-time prioritisation.
• Supporting automation and AI-driven improvements in governance.
• Communicating remediation progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Mentor and share knowledge within Cyber Security.
