Job summary

Jit, a Polish IT services provider, is looking for a cybersecurity expert to join its Cyber Security area and drive remediation initiatives across the organisation. You will influence remediation directions, collaborate with key stakeholders, and help reduce risk exposure through governance, risk-based prioritisation, automation, and AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in security findings assessment and remediation.
• Expert knowledge of vulnerability scoring, security risk assessment, prioritisation, and remediation governance.
• Strong understanding of AI-related security threats and their impact on security posture.
• Knowledge and practical experience in problem management, Secure DevOps, DORA, and OWASP.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex remediation challenges.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical modelling to support risk-based decision making.
• Experience with automation, preferably using Python, Apache Airflow, and/or Power Automate.
• Practical experience applying AI in governance and automation workflows.
• Fluent business and technical English (both written and spoken)
