Contract Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Relocation support provided if youre moving from abroad

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide customer support via chat, email, or phone with professionalism and empathy

Assist with product, account, and service-related inquiries

Record customer interactions and ensure accurate documentation

Escalate complex issues when necessary to internal teams

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction
