Job summary

AutoBidMaster, LLC is seeking a proactive Customer Support Agent to join our Logistics Team. The role guides customers through the car shipping process and resolves logistical issues with a focus on exceptional service.

You will handle online inquiries via email, phone, and chat, track orders, and act as the face of the company to encourage repeat business. The position is full-time with flexible US/EU collaboration and CET working hours.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in English.
• Experience in customer support/service and e-commerce.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or other ticket-based platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our Logistics Team. The primary focus of this position is to guide customers through the car shipping process and provide exceptional support if logistical challenges arise.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with on-line questions, issues, website navigation, order tracking via email, phone, chat etc. as needed.
• Manage customer support by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying customer’s needs.
• Act as the face of the Company to influence customers to order from us again.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in English
• Previous experience in Customer Support/Service and the e-commerce industry.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or other ticket-based support platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle stressful situations.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet

Terms & Schedule:

• Full-time, long-term B2B contract
• Working Hours: 15:00 – 00:00 (CET)
• Holidays: We follow the US calendar (all US public holidays are observed days off)
