Job summary

Roche Holding AG in Warsaw is seeking candidates to support our Professional Service Team. You will handle service cases accurately, maintain the installed instrument base, and collaborate with the Service Excellence Partner to improve processes in an international setting.

You will analyze data for customers, participate in the CJT rollout, monitor SAP IDOC tasks, and contribute to Rexis and SAP user services while gaining experience in regulatory workflows and pharma operations within a global

Qualifications

• University enrollment.
• Proficient level in Polish and English language, in communication and writing.
• Good knowledge of Google environment and tools, Excel.
• Administrative and logistics work experience.
• Project work experience.
• Independence and very good organizational skills.
