Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Polska sp. z o.o. in Warsaw is seeking candidates to support our Professional Service Team, handling service cases, maintaining installed instrument base, and driving improvements in service processes.

You will analyze data for customers and collaborate in an international group to share and develop solutions, while supporting new regulatory operation models and SAP/Rexis user services. This role offers growth in a friendly, international environment with SAP exposure and
