Job summary

Collabera in Kraków is seeking a qualified engineer to join our security team. The role requires at least 12 months of experience with security firewalls (ASA or FirePOWER) and a strong networking foundation.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering and be fluent in English. You will advise on security configurations and support customers with technical issues to ensure high availability and secure networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months experience with security firewalls (ASA or FirePOWER).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications).
• Good technical foundation in networking, network protocols and packet analysis (CCNA or CCNP level).
• Strong communication skills, experience in customer support role.
• Fluent English.
