Job summary

Zohorecruit in Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Network Security Engineer to design, implement, and secure large-scale networks. You will work on LAN/WAN architectures, firewalls, and wireless security while coordinating multiple projects remotely.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of hands-on expertise, strong communication skills in English and Arabic, and a proven ability to operate under pressure to keep networks efficient and secure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering is required.
• Certifications in wireless and enterprise networking are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure network architectures.

Job description

• At least 5 to 8 years experience working as a Senior Network Security Engineer or other relevant positions
• Comprehensive understanding of network services and networks such as TCP/IP, OSPF and BGP
• In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of networking systems such as LAN, firewalls, routers
• Ability to analyze and evaluate networks, identify issues and provide solutions to ensure networks are operating efficiently
• Ability to design, implement and troubleshoot Wi-FI and security infrastructure
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously from design to implementation
• Ability to communicate technical information to other technical team members but also to coworkers in other departments who may not have knowledge of networking technical terminology
• Uses knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to design, implement, and support internal and external networks.
• Significant experience in building and maintaining wired and wireless systems
• Good experience in implementing the switches, Wireless controller, gateways, etc
• Good experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, NAC,and network monitoring tools
• In-depth knowledge of datacenter and branches design and setup.
• Good familiarity with the latest Wireless and security principles, techniques, and protocols
• Resolve any issues related to network perimeter and wired and wireless infrastructure devices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to prioritize projects.
• An understanding of best practices and how to implement them at a business-wide level
