CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST WITH CROATIAN

On behalf of our client, an international company and one of the leaders in customer service, we are seeking candidates for the position of CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST with excellent knowledge of Croatian.

Location: Warsaw – on site or fully remotely (you can choose!)

Responsibilities: Providing telephone and email technical support to Croatian-speaking customers.

Working hours: 8:00-16:00

Expectations:

• Fluent Croatian
• Ability to communicate in Polish or English
• Interest in technical issues
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented
